Two things:
1) Alpine is scheduled to begin work to day on the Town Center / Denton Tap fence. The first part will
be constructing the concrete mow strip. If all goes as planned, the actual fence should be completed in
about 2 -3 weeks.
2) Late yesterday afternoon, a complete set of construction plans for the proposed bank in Irving that
wants driveway access to Hackberry in Coppell, was dropped off at the front desk The plans were
received and sent to my office. This is the complete packet of full construction plans and driveway
permit applications that I previously refused. I guess they found a way to get us to take delivery.
They previously tried Building Inspections and my office. I guess it was easier to just deliver them at
the front desk.
Now that we have the plans, I need direction on what my next move should be. I don't want to do
anything that would weaken our position in Northlake.
Options: 1) sent them back via carrier as refused; 2) remove the site plan and send it to our attorney
and destroy or send back the rest of the submittal; 3) Approve the permit request knowing that any
plans to relocate Hackberry could be more long term than short term; or 4) Do nothing and ignore the
fact that we have plans because we did not request plans.
Let me know. Thanks.
