I received a call from Tom Holland today who identified himself as representing Billingsly. He wanted
to know why they could not submit plans and a permit for the driveway to Hackberry. I told him that I
would not accept any permit until they had submitted a site plan and we had reviewed it with our legal
counsel. He persisted on why they could not deliver plans and a permit. I told him that we had
concerns about the location of Hackberry and, again, I would not accept a permit application until our
legal counsel had approved it. (I'm not sure if some vested right kicks in if we accept plans and permit
applications.)
Anyway, after he persisted, I again said site plan only - no permit - and that if he wanted to continue
the conversation, he would need to speak with our legal counsel.
I guess I'm handling this right but if I need to be doing something different let me know.
