Mr. Barnes,
The Coppell Fire Department will allow the 'dead-end fire lane' on your property at the SE corner of Riverview and Sandy
Lake. The entire fire lane/mutual access easement and all the parking, for both proposed buildings, will be required to be
installed prior to any of the structure(s) being erected above slab. Once development of the property to the east of your
project starts construction, the fire lane and mutual access easement will be required to be extended to Sandy Lake as
originally designed. If you have any further questions, concerns or need clarification related to this issue, please let me
know.
