BRIEF RESUME OF WORK ACCOMPLISHED THIS DATE:
On this date, a PSI representative traveled to the above referenced project to perform an visual observation on fireproofing insulation for
the clubhouse addition. Technician observed that the insulation being used in the ceiling was R-22 and R-30. R-21 was observed in the
addition walls. These items were placed and meet the requirements of the plans and specifications provided at the time of inspection. Due
to scheduling conflicts with short notice of pour time and concrete being late to project technician left cylinder molds with contractor on site
to be filled by contractor. The items being placed are piers. Cylinders will be picked up on the following day.
