Dear Mr. Hendrickson:
Pursuant to our telephone conversation on November 14, 1986,
regarding the above referenced project, we are sending you a
copy of the proposed improvements planned in Southwestern Bell
Telephone's existing 20' easement at the north end of this
project.
On behalf of the City of Coppell, we request Southwestern Bell
Corporation to grant right-of-entry and permission forever to
the City of Coppell, for access to the easement illustrated
herein for the purpose of constructing, operating and
maintaining a permanent drainage structure.
