Please route this message to Gary Henriticks. ·
Gary, . . .
this project, having to take two trips to the site, and continuing to
promise dates and not meeting the datesI I have talked to him today
with only the promise that he is working on the price and new contract
to present to the city now without giving me any promise of the
conclusion. If we continue to obtain no response, we may need your
intervention with or the intervention of the City of Coppell. ~
TXU has assigned a Key Account executive, Jimmie McCormick to follow the
work once Rick gives him the information. I have talked to Jimmje and
he seems to be nothing more than a TXU middleman to large users. But
having a fourth contact to have to work through could slow things
further.
I am sorry that I cannot seem to light a fire under TXU, I will continue
to follow-up the effort to resolve any technical issues and bring this
matter to a close. If you have any suggestions, please advise.

Just wanted to update you regarding the latest on TXU providing the
installation for the new transformers for the subject project.
Talked with Rick Fielding of TXU and the project engineer with TXU, Mr.
Oney. Apparently, they are backed up with other projects and Rick will
not be able to let me know what (if any) are the TXU requirements for
the installation of the two transformers for the new service until next
Monday, February 21.
Will continue to follow this matter to completion.
