City Hall Town Center 255 Parkway Boulevard Notice is hereby given that the City Council of the City of Coppell will hold a Public Hearing at 7:30 p.m. at the City Hall (Coppell Town Center) at 255 Parkway Boulevard on the 21st day of October, 1986 as to the amount to be assessed against each abutting property owner, railways, and street railways, if any, or their agents or attorneys and to all persons interested in said matter and as to the benefits to said property by reason of said improvement or any other matter or thing in connection therewith on the following street: Belt Line Road from approximately 600 feet North of Interstate 635 to Belt Line Road East/West. The cost of the improvements including contingencies is $6.2?5 million, and the assessment rate is $130.56 per front foot. The street shall be paved from curb to curb with 9-inch thickness reinforced 3000-pounds per square inch concrete pavement; with i2-inch cement stabilized base; with S-inch height integral curbs; with 6-inch thickness reinforced concrete drive approaches; with A-inch thickness reinforced concrete sidewalks where specified; so that there shall be two roadways each 34 feet in width separated by a variable width median with left turn lanes where specified; and such improvements shall Include the construction of all necessary storm drainage for the completion of this project.
