Dowdey, Anderson & Associates 5225 Village Creek Dr., Suite 200 Plano TX 75093 RE: Villas At Lake Vista Mass Grading Plan Review Comments Dear Mr. Murphree: The City of Coppell Engineering Department has reviewed the referenced plans and has the following comments to offer: General - 1. Can you place the construction entrance off of the existing parking area as shown on sheet 2 to avoid permits from the City of Lewisville? 2. Place inlet protection on all inlets that may be affected. 3. Dispose of existing concrete spoils properly. Once these changes have been made, please submit revised copies for the City Engineer's stamp. The City of Coppell requires three sets of final grading plans for its use; your office should submit as many additional sets for stamping as is necessary for construction operations. All contractors and subcontractors onsite must have a copy of the plans approved by the City of Coppell. The City charges a 2% inspection fee for all private construction. This includes dirt work that is private. A check for inspection fees made to the City of Coppell should be submitted to this office along with the Early Grading permit and a copy of the Construction Site Notice or NOI.
