RE: SW 08 -01 Denton Tap Sidewalk In -fill Project
Dear Sir or Madam:
This letter is to inform you of an upcoming alley closure at Braewood Dr. The alley intersection
between Glenwood Drive and Denton Tap will be closed due to necessary pavement repairs. The
limits of repair will be from the intersection of Braewood to approximately 20 feet north. On the
evening of Wednesday December 1, 2010, the contractor will begin the removal of the alley
pavement and it is anticipated the alley will be reopened to traffic on Saturday, December 4, 2010.
In 2008 the Engineering Department began the design of sidewalks along Denton Tap & Braewood
to fill in the locations where sidewalks are missing. On September 28 2010 the City of Coppell
Council awarded the construction project to 3D Paving and Contracting, LLC. If during
