Stockard ~ Sallinger, Nichols, Jackson, Kirk and Dillard 1800 Lincoln Plaza 500 N. Akard Dallas, Texas 75201 Dear Bruce: As we have previously discussed, enclosed are three counterparts each of four easements executed by The Parks of Coppell Trust (the "Trust") to replace the four easements previously executed by the Trust at the closing in October of last year of the purchase of land from ABQ Federal Savings Bank ("ABQ") by Allen Property Corporation. As you know, we also have sent replacement easements to ABQ for execution. Based on information from the local party representing ABQ, we hope to receive the ABQ replacement easements in the near future. Please obtain execution by the City of Coppell, Texas (the "city"), of the enclosed as soon as possible and return two counterparts to me. We will have the easements promptly recorded after we receive the fully executed counterparts. Since the Trust is contemplating closing the sale of certain land which is affected by three of the enclosed easements in the near future, it is essential that the enclosed be executed by the City and recorded as soon as possible. If you have any questions concerning the enclosed or the foregoing, please feel free to call me. RMD/dj s/132576 ( 29 )/D Enclosures cc: Mr. Harry M. Hargrave Mr. Michael R.
