Based on our meeting with Mr. Roy Brock yesterday and the
unsuccessful negotiation of the easements necessary for the
construction of the Grapevine Creek Sewer Main, I have notified the
City Attorney who indicated he will open the file and begin the
condemnation process immediately.
I will keep you informed as to the progress.
