associates for the acquisition of the easements on the above
referenced lots. These easements are necessary to construct the
Grapevine Creek Sewer Trunk Main as discussed with you at several
meetings in the past. To summarize the easements, the proposal is
as follows:

Should we not hear from you by January 13, 1992, we will assume
that your position remains the same as stated on December 23, 1991,
where you indicated the City's figure was too far from what you had
in mind.
