SS9301-CS 911223 ANAGEB DATE: December 23, 1991 TO: Alan D. Ratliff, City Manager -.. ,~.~... FROM: Steven G. Goram, Director of Public wor~'"-. ...~ RE: Grapevine Creek Sewer Trunk Branches 1 and 2; Lots 8 and 9 Northlake Woodlands 12 Today at approximately 10:50 a.m. I spoke with Roy Brock regarding the above referenced matter. I explained to Roy after reviewing the appraisal, that staff would recommend compensation covering a full twelve-month period. You will recall that the appraisals covering the temporary easements were for nine months. Roy doesn't feel that the proposed compensation is reasonable. He said the figure in his mind was "just too far off" from what the City has offered. I asked him what he would like for me to convey to the City Manager, he said that he would wait to hear from the City as to what it's going to do. Staff's recommendation is to brief the Council in Executive Session on January 14th and reconfirm that eminent domain is our next step. SGG/bc GVSTR.SG
