Consulting Engineer's Contract
Modification to the Scope of Services
I. Scope of Work
TNP shall provide additional field survey and office time to complete the following for up to
three parcels as requested. The services as required to complete the acquisition of right -of-
way by the City of Coppell for a portion of the West Sandy Lake Road project.
a) Provide a survey showing the house, property access, and the metes and bounds of the
entire subject property. The proposed area of release should be shaded.
b) Provide a legal description for the parcel to be released and a legal description of the
property that will be retained.
II. Compensation
The Engineer shall be paid an additional lump sum fee for the above described Additional
Scope of Services in an amount of two- thousand one hundred and no /100 Dollars ($2,100).
