ST0001-CS010726 Comments from the July Sheet 6: A barrier free ramp needs to be added to the south side of Creekview. Sheet 7: The intersection at Ruby Road is being revised to have 3 lanes and a free right turn lane. Remove the pavers across Freeport and pavers are not required on Ruby Road. Sheet 14: The water line is to be centered in between the ROW and back of curb. The water line will go under the inlet boxes. Two power poles will probably need to be relocated. Add isolation valves along the water line. The bow-off valve detail to the curb inlet needs to be added. Sheet 19: Modular Block Wall: Plastic ties to hold the blocks in place. Epoxy the top block so that it is not displaced. Make the wall higher so that there is less area required to tie back into and less damage to the existing shrubbery in the developed area.
