RE: Creekview Drive Project ST 00-01
Dear Mr. Barefoot:
This letter is written as a follow-up to my prior letter and our conversations concerning the
acquisition of an 816 square foot area of right-of-way necessary for the connection of Creekview
Drive to Freeport Parkway. Based on our prior conversations, it is my understanding that Duke-
Weeks Realty Corporation is willing to Quit Claim the necessary right-of-way to the City.
With this letter, I am attaching a copy of a Quit Claim prepared by our attorney along with Exhibit
‘A’ that shows the 816 square foot triangular piece of right-of-way necessary for the connection of
Creekview to Freeport Parkway.
This project has been awarded to a contractor by City Council and a letter has been sent to the
contractor to begin construction. It is anticipated that construction will begin on the project no later
than November 12, 2001.
Your assistance in expeditiously processing this Quit Claim deed will be greatly appreciated. If you
