SUBJECT: City of Coppell
Develop~nent Fees
(1) Hertz Road: All fees have been paid. The street light fee of $4,096.40
apparently was revised by Rey Gonzoles to $2,926.00 (see Rey's memo dated
8/6/91). If this is so, then the street light fee has been overpaid by
$1,170.40. I will check with Rey Gonzoles to confirm.
(2) ~: Fees that have yet to be verified as paid are:
Roadway Assessment ............... $120,372.26
Street Light Fee ................. Not Yet Calculated
Also, we should verify the final construction cost to determine if any
adjustment is necessary in the construction inspection fee received in the
amount of $12,509.31.
In addition, if the inter-local agreement between the City of Coppell and
Coppell MUD No. i has been executed, the wastewater impact fee of $24,476 should
be collected prior to final acceptance.
(3) Pecan Valley: Fee that has yet to be collected is the street light fee (no
calculation of fee due in engineering's files).
In addition, the final construction cost should be verified in order to confirm
final construction inspection fee calculation.
Further, if the inter-local agreement between the City of Coppell and the
Coppell MUM No. I has been executed, then the wastewater impact fee of $21,944
should be collected prior to final acceptance of this addition.
