Dan Dowdey & Associates, Civil Engineers, on September 26, 1991. This work should be
a~mplished within 14 days of City acceptance.
2. Other Grassing. The remaining parkways of Hea~ Road project and the slope
of the small lake/retention pond on the east side of Hea~z Road shall be hydmmulched within
14 days of the final a~eptance.
3. Boundary Line Fencing. Fences shall be re-established where required by
adjoining owners along a portion of the east right-of-way line of Heartz Road within 14 days of
final acceptance.
Other than the work specified above, it is my understanding that all of the other work required
by the Ci~ of Coppell for the extension of Heartz Road from Sandy Lake Road to Parkway
Boulevard will have been completed and accepted by the Ci~ at the time your final acceptance
letter for the Hea~z Road extension is issued. Please let me know if you need anything fu~her,
