Enclosed with this letter please find a copy of the Sanitary Sewer Easement that you recently
signed. The City greatly appreciates your willingness to cooperate with the City in the
acquisition of the easement for the construction of the Grapevine Creek Sanitary Sewer Trunk
Main.
However, while trying to file this easement at the County, it was noted that the signature had
not been notarized. Therefore, I have included a copy of a notary block for both corporation
and individuals. Please have a notary public fill in the appropriate form and return it with the
original Sanitary Sewer Easement.
Your timely response to this request will be greatly appreciated. The City has issued a notice
to proceed to the contractor and it is anticipated that work will begin on or before May 3, 1993.
