Dear Larry:
Attached is an on-ground topographic survey of the east side
of Hearts Road from Sandy Lake Road to a location approximately
450 feet north of said intersection.
Based on the information obtained, I recommend that the developer
install solid block sod in the locations shown on the plan.
Approximately 444 square yards of bermuda block sod should be
installed. As I understand, the developer intends to hydromulch
the remainder of the disturbed areas that were created during
contruction of the road.
Please review the attached plan to see that it addresses the
area of concern.
