On January 11, 2005, the City Council of the City of Coppell approved an
interlocal agreement with Dallas County for ditch work, drainage improvements
and pavement widening along Sandy Lake Road, west of Denton Tap Road.
I am enclosing three originals of the interlocal agreement to be processed for
execution by the Commissioners Court of Dallas County. After completion of the
process, please return one original executed document to me for our file.
