The meeting scheduled for 1:00 p.m. today (which we learned you would not be attending 5
minutes prior to 1:00) has been rescheduled for Tuesday, December 7tn at 10:00 a.m. Your
attendance at this meeting is of upmost importance as we will discuss problems that have
arisen with your conduct of the contract thus far, and your plan for finishing the contract
work by the stated deadline.
The meeting will be held in the Lobby Conference room on the second floor of City Hall.
