RE: Heartz Road North - Walkthrough Punchlist
I have asked personnel to walk through the above referenced project
to check the original punchlist. The following items remain
deficient on the project.
1) Sta. 354-20.91 - Manhole ring needs to be reset and regrouted.
2) sra. 0+85.00 - Valve pad needs to be repoured.
Please insure that each of these items are corrected prior to
acceptance of this project.
