1. The 4 leg of the traffic signal will need to be installed.
2. Drainage will be evaluated further during detailed engineering plan review.
3. During the replat, utility easements may need to be adjusted.
4. Are sidewalks going to be provided onsite for 9 houses? If so, will HOA maintain the
sidewalks?
5. There may be additional comments during engineering plan review.
6. Impact fees will be revised based on 9 houses. Assuming a reduction in the water meter
size from 1” to ¾” the impact fee will change from $20,689.44 to $33,335.80. This inlcudes
water, wastewater, roadway and park fees.
