Box 123800 Fort Worth, TX 76121 -3800 RE: Annual Reinforced Concrete Pavement Repairs, FY 09 -10 Contract Extension Provisions Dear Mr. Laughley: As the result of our meeting on this date, we are offering a one -time contract extension of thirty (30) days in order for you to complete the work under the existing contract. The provisions for this extension are as listed below: 1. The issue of damage within your work zone to a vehicle belonging to Karina Ramirez (at Meadowview & Moore Road) must be resolved with proof of the resolution provided to us. 2. The contract extension will include liquidated damages in the dollar amount of $240 per calendar day beginning on February 1, 2011. This amount will accrue from Feb. 1 St through contract completion.
