Mr. Ragsdale has indicated that he is amenable to granting the easement with the following changes: 1) In the body of the sanitary sewer easement where it states, "grantors reserve the right to use and maintain the surface of the easement strip for purposes", at this point, insert "including, but limited to parking, roadways, landscaping, irrigation, fencing, and utility and/or roadway crossings which will not interfere... ". I have attached a copy of an easement with the wording as noted above. 2) The sanitary sewer easement exhibit should be changed to reflect the ownership of the property as R.P.G. Estates, Ltd. 3) Exhibits should be provided that show the sanitary sewer easement and the temporary construction easement separately. 4) Mr. Ragsdale has also expressed a desire to have an 8" stubout provided at each of the 3 manholes on his property frontage. As we discussed on the telephone, the 8" stubouts do not appear to be a problem and can be handled in the field during the construction of the sewer line. The above changes should be made to the easement and exhibit and they should be forwarded back to the City so that the easement can be obtained.
