Mike (President of The Summit at the Springs HOA),
Cynthia has informed me that the construction company and City of Coppell did not
correctly reconstruct and rewire the electrical boxes and wiring at the front gate that we paid to have put
in place last December prior to the start of the road construction. The result is that some of the wiring
and circuit boards will need to be replaced. I am of the opinion that the construction company and City
of Coppell will need to reimburse The Springs HOA for this rework. Will and Cynthia will take photos
to support our claim. Please advise as to how you would like for the Board to proceed.
