Contract Extension Provisions
Dear Mr. Laughley:
As the result of our meeting on this date, we are offering a one -time contract extension of
thirty (30) days in order for you to complete the work under the existing contract. The
provisions for this extension are as listed below:
1. The issue of damage within your work zone to a vehicle belonging to Karina
Ramirez (at Meado)A & Moore Road) must be resolved v ith proof of the
resolution provided to us.
2. The contract extension will include liquidated damages in the dollar amount of
$240 per calendar day beginning on Febniary 1, 2011. This amount will accrue
from Feb. 1" through contract completion.
