Re: Heartz Road Paving and Drainage
Dear Mr. Wise:
As has been discussed with you in previous meetings regarding the
completion of Heartz Road, the items listed below need to be completed
before a final walk-thru can be conducted on the project.
1. The streetscape plan is to be followed as noted on the mark-up
plans. (Brick pavin§ section)
2. Traffic button placement.
3. Grading of parkway along the east side of Heartz Road from Station 0
+ 90 to Station 3 + 00.
4. Grading of parkway along the west side of Heartz Road from Station 0
+ 90 to Station 6 + 00.
5. Grading of the parkway along the east side of Heartz Road from
Station 13 + 00 to Station 22 + 00.
6. Grading of the parkway along the west side of Heartz Road from
Station 13 + 00 to Station 22 + 00, including the upstream portion of
the channel into the box culvert.
7. Grade to drain the area of the existing channel along Heartz Road
east side. This area of drainage has been limited because of
construction on Heartz Road.
8. The concrete paving section at Heartz Road and Parkway Boulevard is
holding water.
