You have also provided a copy of the disclosure statement that David Weekley will be providing to all home buyers clearly informing them of the construction of the access drive between the Arbor Manor subdivision and the commercial property immediately to the south of the subdivision. The city is willing to issue permits necessary for the continued construction of the single family homes in the subdivision provided David Weekley moves forward with the permitting in January and construction in the spring of the required common access easement drive as described above. With respect to the requested reimbursement for the sewer line improvements, our staff has determined that the City of Coppell should reimburse David Weekley in the amount of $10,005.00 for a portion of the cost associated with the sewer line improvements. This amount is based upon the written change order provided by Rodman, LLC dated 10/13/2009. This amount represents the portion of work necessary to restore sewer service to the Verizon facility adjacent to your development. I have copied the appropriate members of our staff to ensure they are fully informed regarding the decisions made and the manner in which the project will move forward at this time. There should not be any issue with David Weekley obtaining permits or building finals /CO's provided the agreed upon timetable is followed.
