The result is that we will not require the extension at this time, but it will be required at some future date. The Wynnpage development will be allowed to park in the access easement turn -out until such time as the access road is extended. We are also requiring signs at each end noting that there will be an access road through the property at some future date. We are also seeking verification that the commercial property owner of the current north vacant tract is advised of their future obligation to extend the access road.
