Belt Line Road Elm Fork of the Trinity River Conditional Letter of Map Revision Corridor Development Certificate Dear Mr. Griffin: Kimley-Horn and Associates, Inc. (KHA) is in receipt of revised hydraulic modeling for the Conditional Letter of Map Revision and Corridor Development Certificate submittals prepared by Cotter Associates LLC for a property located at 1550 E. Belt Line Road in the City of Coppell, Texas. The revised hydraulic modeling was submitted to KHA via email on July 12, 2010 and July 21, 2010. The submittals address all outstanding KHA comments. KHA recommends the City of Coppell approve the Conditional Letter of Map Revision and Corridor Development Certificate. The applicant should provide the City with final documents incorporating all revisions for the City's records. The applicant should coordinate with the City to obtain the necessary community signatures for submittal of the Conditional Letter of Map Revision application to FEMA.
