Dear Mr. Griffin:
Per our conversation this morning, I am writing to confinn that none of the work
necessary for the Sandy Lake Road water main installation project ("Project"), which Project was
described in your letter to Albertson' s, Inc. dated February 15, 1999, will be performed on
Albertson's property, and that no equipment required for the Project will be stored on
Albertson's property. It's my understanding that all work to be performed will take place in the
City of Coppell's right of way.
