Roger,
In regards to the change order presented to us for the grading work at 120 S. Denton Tap. I would like for you
to add a reduction in retaining wall quantity of 225 sf at $20/sf = $4500. This should still leave us with plenty of
retaining wall to complete the project.
If you could change your change order back to 1) a lump sum for grading & sod work and 2) a reduction in
retaining wall.
