Good morning.
The work that was requested by the City on the Kimbel Court sidewalk
(described below) has been completed. I am sure that Albert, your
inspector, will verify the installation and quality of the warning track.
I am interested in closing out this project. Can you tell me when we will
be paid for this work? If there is someone else that will handle payment,
please give me their contact information and I will pursue the matter with
them.

Mike:
As per our meeting at the site yesterday with Albert and John Bustillos; we
will install an ADA approved warning track at the north end of the Kimbel
Court sidewalk.
This product will be a 2' X 4', brick red surface manufactured by Armortile
Company. The warning track will be installed per manufacturers
recommendations by a qualified mechanic.
We hope to install this product on 7-31-08 and Albert will be advised as to
the schedule in advance.
You have indicated that installation of the warning track will be the final
requirement of the City regarding this sidewalk.
It has been a pleasure working in the City of Coppell and we look forward to
more projects in the future.
