REVISED PROPOSAL
Re: Sidewalk Improvements for
South Denton Tap Road
From East Beltline Road to
State Highway No. 121
Pursuant to your request and our review of the project site, we hereby submit
our proposal to provide survey services. Our understanding of the desired scope of
services is, as follows.
Item No. 1: Research and abstract deeds, locate property corners, and create sidewalk
easement documents for tracts along South Denton Tap Road, at the Northeast corner
of E Beltline Road, second tract North of the Northwest corner of Southwestern
Boulevard, the Northwest corner of Grapevine Creek, the Northwest corner of East
Bethel School Road (Thweatt Property), the Northeast corner of East Bethel School
Road, the second tract North of the Northeast corner of East Natches Trace Drive, and
the Southeast comer of Sandy Lake Road (SEVEN TRACTS),
Item No. 2: Research and abstract deeds and locate by field survey, the East right -of-
way line of South Denton Tap Road, from addresses 500 to 508, and indicate the
location, size and encroachment of the Remax Realtors sign.
Item No. 3: Survey and prepare a design /topographic survey map of an area 25 feet
wide along the West right -of -way line of South Denton Tap Road on the McCallum
Tract (800 linear feet) and the Thweatt Tract (1100 linear feet);
The foregoing Item No. 1 will be accomplished for a fee of $900.00 per
easement document, for a total fee for Item No. 1 of $6,300.00, Item No. 2 will be
accomplished for a fee of $700.00, and Item No. 3 will be accomplished for a fee of
$5,400.00 for a total overall fee of $12,400.00
