Thank you George...when they come through the process again, I will ask for a hydraulic calculation for the new water line
since it is being supplied by a 6-inch main. I believe the calculations will show adequate fire flow rate for the subdivision,
but I want to see it in writing due to the issues with this project thus far. I do not have a problem with the 2 taps on
Carter, thus eliminating the tap to Rolling Hills.

Based on the attached land plan, there will not be any dead end lines. I understand that they will need to go through the process
again.

Attached is our most current land plan. With this layout, we won't have any dead-end water lines. We can loop it internally within
the subdivision and tie into the existing 6" in Carter Drive. With this layout, will we need to acquire any offsite water easements?
