and Sanitary Sewer

As per your request, I have mailed the attached letter yesterday to
Michael Allen on the above referenced easements, indicating that
such documents are not acceptable at this time, as per our
consultant and legal counsel's comments, and need to be revised
accordingly.
After such modification, I asked that Mr. Allen please forward the
revised documents to this office for final review by Staff, as soon
as possible.
I will keep you informed on the progress.
