Dear Mr. Kramer:
We are submitting herewith a Form PI-7 with attachments regarding
a proposed concrete batch Plant site in Coppell, Texas. This site
will be utilized for hatching concrete for the paving of Heartz
Road.
Please reference the enclosed copy of the signed Final Plat
confirming that Heartz Road is dedicated to the City of Coppell.
Whereas the proposed plant site lies on property which is
contiguous to the right-of-way of proposed Heartz Road, we request
that the public notification process be waived.
Also, based on our site investigation, there are no public schools
located within 3000 feet of' the proposed site.
Please proceed with a Site inspection, and feel free to call our
office should you have any questions or comments.
