I do have this submittal. This FedEx package was sent as the "re-send" of the bridge beam submittal. I never opened it
until today because the submittal was also sent to us electronically. The difference being the email contained only the
beam submittal, and the unopened FedEx package contained both the beam and deck submittals. I apologize for
overlooking this.

Keith & Caleb,
Attached is the FedEx copy of the confirmation that was sent on 063010
and received on 070110. I guess in looking though all the courier and
FedEx stuff, we found the attached FedEx confirmation for the Bridge
Submittals for Deck Panels and Beams which were sent on the same day. I
know that there have been several emails sent regarding who, what and
when these were sent, but I finally researched and turned every stone
around the date these were sent and found the attached info.
These were signed by a J Cook.
We all make mistakes and I know I have made a few, and to this point I
have thought I failed to get you this information, but now have the
confirmation that these submittals were sent and received by a J Cook at
Coppell. I do not know a J Cook, but I do know that to get into Coppell
offices, one cannot walk in and wonder around without the lady at the
front desk getting your complete info.

Keith,
Generally, in the past, when I send an RFI on a project I am working on,
the same RFI comes back with a response to that specific RFI, either on
the RFI submitted or on the Engineers Letter Head with my RFI attached.
On this project, I have received one email with several answers to a few
RFI's that I have sent in, but nothing referencing the RFI specifically.
It would be helpful in tracking RFI's if the response would reference
the RFI either on the RFI itself or on a Frese Nichols sheet with a
response on it so it can be acknowledged and logged accordingly.
I am having Kim gather the log info sheet for all the submittals on this
project and it is my intention to get this to you tomorrow. The RFI's
sent to you the other day were submitted the same day shown on RFI. In
regards to the response dates, I will have to find the email I had
received from Caleb and connect response with specific RFI.
