I took a look at the retaining wall progress today. it appears the path of the retaining wall is right on the
property line and will end up butting up against my existing wall unless it starts to jet out. I thought it
was going to be approx 4 feet south of my wall. can you please confirm?
also, i noticed they have taken down many more trees. we need to keep an eye on the trees we agreed
you would not come near.
I need to understand what will happen if this trenching kills any of my trees on my property. how does
compensation from the City work? some of those trees would be irreplaceable.
Please advise.
