Attached is the change order proposal from JRJ to remove the retaining wall that is encroaching on private
property. As you know, time is of the essence in this situation. I believe there are other options available
to us, but it will require design effort from you and your structural engineer.
In the event we proceed with this removal we will be seeking reimbursement from Freese & Nichols for
this expense.
I'm available to discuss this issue on Friday.

Attached you will find the numbers associated with the removal of the 55’ of retaining wall footing that had been
previously installed on site. We are starting to pour the north wall section on Monday. Please let me know as
soon as possible so that I can instruct N TX Bridge to proceed with this removal.
