of our retaining wall footer into your property. Right now it looks like the engineer is leaning towards
removing the wall in whole, or in part. In the mean time, we have cleaned up the debris, and had our
tree folks dress up the roots and tree damage.
I'll let you know when we have a little more information on which to base our decision.

I did make it out there today, but I've been unable to get our arborist out there yet.
I see what you mean about the apparent encroachment on your property. We took some survey shots,
and I have asked the design engineer to look at it. If you have some time tomorrow, could we get
together and look at it?
