Here are the numbers I get for concrete removal:
Driveway STA 35+72 - 80 SY
Penfolds STA 37+10 - 336 SY
Armstrong (2 Dwys) STA 46+52 & STA 47+35 - 217 SY
Knights Way STA 48+19 - 187 SY
Chateaus STA 50+53 - 396 SY
Denton Tap Intersection - 741 SY
Total = 1957 SY
The Berkbile drive I was unsure about due to their construction schedule, but assuming we remove to his
property limit its around 90 SY. City's concrete cap adds 573 SY.
Total + Berkbile (90) + City (573)= 2620 SY
This is the revised number I sent to you after the bid (2047 SY), minus the concrete cap. This is still well
short than the 3826 SY shown on the Pay Req #3. Other than some minor sidewalk (maybe 30-50 SY)
removal near the Chateaus, is there a significant concrete removal that we've missed or that was added
that I'm unaware of?

Caleb,
I need you to review the quantity of concrete removal. There is a concrete cap that they are removing
from over the sewer line, but that only accounts for 573 square yards. At one time you sent a revised
spreadsheet showing 2047 SY of concrete removal, but that is still more than 1,000 yards below their
number.
We are dealing with #120 and #121.
#203 is for the value of the material on hand. We are still considering the merits of #206.

Are these confirmed overages?
Item #203 - Attached (Larwel Industries) says 85.45 LF, Pay App shows 35.33 LF?
Item #206 - Is there an agreement in place for the removal/installation of the new wall?

Dean,
The areas on the intersection map were derived from GPS points gathered
at the location, without regard for pavement thickness or subgrade prep.
The thickness shown is at the direction of Larry and Keith, and will be
changed when directed by them. I will modify the pavement area table to
better show how the net areas were calculated.

Scott,
The information you sent on the intersection is incorrect. The whole
intersection was poured with 10" concrete, not just Denton Tap. It was
a remove and reinstall, no lime. Larry is aware of this. Please have
your drawing reflect this.
