INFORMATION REQUESTED:
1.I have spoken with Andy Nord, North Texas Contracting, and before he proposed getting
something from you regarding the cantilever of the line, he checked to see if they still had
any of the old plans where they have previously performed this. Unable to find copy.
I am requesting we meet tomorrow afternoon at your office to discuss proceeding with the
aerial crossing and request that if a cantilever is required, the structural engineer design and
stamp his design that he will want to use. If no design, the concern exists that the excavation
of the east side manhole and connection may encroach on the existing rock screening wall.
Please let me know if you will be able to meet tomorrow to discuss further.
