The purpose of this letter is to advise of past due amounts owing by JRJ
PAVING ( "JRJ "), for whom public work labor and /or materials were supplied by
Texas Environmental at the above - referenced project (the "Project ").
In this regard, in accordance with the terms of a written contract between Texas
Environmental and JRJ (the "Contract "), Texas Environmental remains unpaid for
such services and /or materials delivered in the amount of $17,333.75. Texas
Environmental has complied with all conditions precedent to claim under the above -
referenced bond, and demand is, therefore, made for the immediate payment of the
sum of $17,333.75 pursuant to such bond.
For your convenience and reference, enclosed is a sworn statement of
account.
The services performed at and /or the materials delivered to the Project by
Texas Environmental are generally described as erosion control and revegetation.

Texas Environmental has fully performed under the Contract, with the described work
being completed in JUNE 2010 through November 2010.
If the above amount is not paid, Texas Environmental will file suit under the
bond and will further seek attorneys' fees in addition to the amount of the debt.
Please be advised that this letter shall also serve as presentment of Texas
Environmental's claim pursuant to Section 38.001, et seq., of the TEXAS CIVIL
PRACTICE AND REMEDIES CODE.
Should you have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact me.

"My name is Shauna Scarborough, and I am an officer and agent of Texas
Environmental Management -San Antonio, Inc. ("Claimant"). I am over eighteen years
of age and fully competent to make this sworn statement of account. I have personal
knowledge of all facts set forth in this statement of account and they are true and
correct.
"Pursuant to a written contract with JRJ PAVING CO.. ( "JRJ "), Claimant has
furnished public work materials and /or public work labor, generally described as
irrigation and landscape, in connection with construction improvements to the KATY
BETHEL RD Project construction project located at COPPELL, Texas.
"The amount due and unpaid to Claimant for such services and materials, after
allowing all just and lawful offsets, payments, and credits, is $17,333.75 for which a
claim is hereby made. This amount claimed is just and correct."
