Dear Mr. Allen:
We have reviewed your request regarding the sanitary sewer oversize
reimbursement by the City based on acreage. We are unable to
support your recommendation regarding this type of reimbursement,
since it is inconsistent with the City's policy and subdivision
ordinance. Based on staff's recent survey with area cities
regarding this matter, the other cities are not using this method
of reimbursement either.
Should you have any questions and/or wish to explore other options
with staff, please feel free to call me. We look forward to
