After a quick review, I noticed a couple minor things in the documents:
1.My name should be listed as Philip A. Berkebile, Jr. (you are missing the
'Jr.')
2.The property address should be listed as 234 W. Bethel Road (you are missing
the 'W.')

Gentlemen,
We are all set for the license agreement to go on the City Council agenda for next
Tuesday (September 28th). I'm attaching the documents for your review. If there
is anything you find unacceptable, please let me know.
This item will appear on the consent agenda, and has the full support of city
staff. You are welcome to attend the meeting if you like, but it is not necessary.
