Addition & Heartz Road
Dear Mr. Allen:
We have reviewed your request regarding the Sanitary Sewer oversize
reimbursement by the city based on acreage. Staff recognizes that
installation of utilities as part of Heartz Road project
accommodate for existing and plan ahead for future development.
However, we are unable to support your recommendation regarding
reimbursement based on acreage since it is not consistent with
Coppell Subdivision Ordinance. In addition, monitoring this type
of reimbursement, from affected properties, is of a concern to the
city.
Should you have any questions and or wish to explore other options
with Staff please call me. We look forward to working with you on
any of your development projects in Coppell.
