Follow up to our meeting last Thursday:
1. Talked with a geotech about the existing "cement" treated base. There were no concerns filling on top
of it, as long as there was a minimum of 1ft between the existing base and the proposed LTS. Anything
less, and they recommended removing the existing base.
2. The fee to redesign the retaining wall that includes the 7' screening wall and transition is $6,000. I've
attached a sketch that you can use to get an estimate from JRJ Paving, Inc.
3. I've attached the rock ledge detail.
4. I'm revising the retaining wall layout on the north side. I'll have the revised locations to you tomorrow.
